1. 'Check-in' is the first day from which the Hotel is booked for the guest. If the reserved room / cottage is occupied on the previous night of the check-in date, Check-in will be possible only after 12.30 Pm.
2. ‘Check-out’ is the last day for which the Hotel is booked for the guest. Check-Out time is 11 AM. Contact Reception for late check out (subject to availability).
3. Early Check-In or Late Checkout is subject to availability and will be chargeable.All arrivals prior to 08:00AM hours, which are billed from the previous night.
4. To block the Rooms/Cottages for the dates requested you will have to make the total payment of the period of your stay, in advance. If you are unable to pay in advance, the rooms/cottages for the dates requested by you will be blocked provisionally and will be allotted to you, only if the rooms/cottages are vacant at the time of your arrival. Priority and Confirmation will be given to those who pay in advance before their arrival.
5. As per Government of India rules it is Mandatory for all foreigners to present their original passport on check In. Without passports guests will not be allowed to check In.Indian Citizens must carry their valid Id proof with address. Kindly note pan card will not be accepted as a valid ID proof.
6. Children Policy: One Child up to 10 years allowed free on existing beds with parents. Children above 10 years are considered as adults as per the Hotel Policy and will be charged as an extra person.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation / Change in Arrival Date must be intimated to us in writing. In case of No-Show, the hotel reserves the right to charge retention. Cancellation / change in date will attract following retention charges:

1. No Refund for cancellations in Peak season(Dec20-2022 to Jan 20-2023)
2. No refund for early checkouts, than the proposed duration of stay
3. Hotel Tariffs and other prices are subject to change any time and without prior notice.
4. Tourists will have to pay taxes on the published tariff as per Government notification.
5. Entry to the resort is at the sole discretion of the hotel authority. The resort reserves the right to deny admission.
6. We reserve the right to change any brochure or information on the website before or after your booking due to any events beyond our control. In case we are aware of any changes, sufficiently in advance we will notify you at the time of booking.
7. Guests are requested to read carefully the information/photos given in the website regarding the tariff, facilities, location, etc, before making the payment.

Arbitration

For all claims or disputes of whatsoever nature, shall be resolved by a Sole Arbitrator to be nominated by the Company. The arbitration shall be held in Varkala jurisdiction.

8. Mandatory to inform us before to make a payment and after making the payment.We may not aware of your advance until you inform us.
9. Note: Room Service will be done on request. Kindly leave the room key at reception for the same.
10. We request all our Guests not to smoke inside the rooms. Your cooperation is highly appreciated.
11. Swimming Pool attire must be worn to get into the pool.Strictly No regular clothes will be entertained. Infants/children not toilet trained must wear swim diapers under swimsuits. Strictly no disposable diapers. Pool timings- 9AM to 6PM
12. Pets are not allowed.
